Whole30 Turkey and Veggie Sandwich Wrap

What does your ideal Friday night look like? Mine includes: pj’s, slippers, a movie, and my favorite wrap! Wraps are one of my favorite portable meals and I can literally eat them for any meal of the day. I never really liked the lettuce wrapped options and they always fell apart, so my new favorite is the coconut wrap from Thrive Market. They are made from coconut which is fiberous enough to hold up to the ingredients you put inside.
I’ve shared my favorite wrap recipe with you below, but you can use these coconut wraps for any wrap combo your heart desires. Enjoy!
Be well, stay real — Rach
Ingredients
1 coconut wrap (I like to use the ones from Thrive Market)
1 Tbsp Primal Kitchens mayo
4 slices of minimally processed deli meat of your choice (I like Applegate smoked turkey)
Handful of greens, sliced olives, and peppercinis (you can add as many veggies as you want!)
Drizzle of salad dressing (I did Primal Kitchens Caesar)
Directions
Start by laying out a piece of aluminum foil as your “wrapper”
Place your coconut wrap in the center and spread the mayo evenly
Pile all of your ingredients and fillings in the center
Roll the coconut wrapper (do not try to fold in the ends)
Roll your aluminum foil like your wrapping a burrito (to secure the ends) and cut down the middle
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the deliciousness (pajamas optional)
